Polaris RZR stunts look great, even when they go wrong

Auhtor: Chris Bruce Every amazing stunt that we see on videos like the Gymkhana series requires hours of meticulous planning. Even then, things can go wrong. We rarely get to witness these failures, but UTVUnderground now takes us behind the scenes of its awesome XP1K3 clip to show us the accidents they witnessed while filming. The stunts may not all have been successful, but some of them lead to even more impressive footage than if things had gone right. The video shows that the tuned Polaris RZR spent a lot of time rolling over to get the perfect shots. It's sturdy roll cage kept the driver safe, but at least one stunt could have gone terribly bad. The machine attempted to jump over derelict trains but came up just short of the landing ramp. The front end made it across, but the edge ripped off the rear wheels. It was a very close call, but the team eventually got the trick right. These failed stunts are a lot of fun to watch, especially when set to the musical notes of Jesus Built My Hotrod. After watching this video, check out the actual XP1K3 clip below to see how this things look when everything goes just right. source: www.autoblog.com
